Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging OneFive Studio ("we", "us", "the Studio") for any service, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services
OneFive Studio provides creative marketing services including but not limited to social media management, reels production, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, and influencer marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement between the Studio and the Client.

No Guaranteed Results
The Studio will apply professional effort, creativity, and industry knowledge to every project. However, marketing, social media, and content performance depend on numerous factors outside our control — including platform algorithms, market conditions, audience behavior, competitor activity, and the Client's own product, pricing, and operations.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: follower counts, engagement rates, reach, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Any figures, projections, or examples shared during discussions or proposals are illustrative only and not a promise of results.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFive Studio shall not be held responsible or liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services, content, or advice — including financial loss, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of reputation.
- Any decline in followers, engagement, sales, or business performance during or after an engagement.
- Actions taken by third-party platforms (Instagram, Meta, Google, etc.), including account suspension, algorithm changes, or content removal.
- Any claims arising from statements, promises, or assurances not explicitly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of the Studio.
- Errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party tools, vendors, or platforms used in delivering services.
The Client engages OneFive Studio with the understanding that all creative and marketing work carries inherent uncertainty, and that the Studio's role is to provide professional services in good faith — not to guarantee specific business outcomes.

No Fake Promises
OneFive Studio does not make, authorize, or stand behind any promise, guarantee, or claim of results that has not been provided in writing through an official proposal, contract, or invoice. Verbal assurances, informal chats, social media comments, or messages from unauthorized individuals claiming to represent the Studio do not constitute binding commitments.
If a Client believes a promise was made that appears unrealistic or is not reflected in official documentation, they are encouraged to seek written clarification directly from the Studio before proceeding.

Client Responsibilities
To help projects run smoothly, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information, brand assets, and timely feedback/approvals.
- Ensure they hold rights to any content, images, or material supplied to the Studio for use in campaigns.
- Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform used (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice for each project. Late or non-payment may result in a pause or termination of services.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables become the property of the Client upon full payment. OneFive Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.

Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable by the Client.

Changes to These Terms
OneFive Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
